Dream #950

Dreamt that our camp had a strange, nearly-spherical tent that housed the shower. The sides of the tent were mostly transparent. The woman in line ahead of me was uncomfortable enough with the arrangement that she showered with her clothes on. I really didn’t see the point as her wet t-shirt and booty shorts were almost as revealing as being naked.

Dream #949

Dreamt that Yuko-hime and I were having a discussion regarding high-level dance technique. Every time I tried to say something, she’d almost immediately interrupt me. After the fifth time I was in tears. “It’s my turn to talk!” I yelled in frustration.

I woke up crying. Yuko-hime put her chin on my forehead and her arms around me.

Dream #948

Dreamt that Anjelica M. was showing me around a large Christian complex that looked like nothing more than a shopping mall to me. It was called the “Tradition.” Jel was surprised that I wasn’t buying anything. “Are you an atheist?” she asked.

“No,” I responded, “I’m an animist.”

Dream #947

Dreamt that, as a prize for winning first in Latin at the last DanceSport competition, Tim H. was allowed to chose his bedroom in the house we all rented together. He chose the attic room with a large, windowed dormer and extensive built-in book cases.

Dream #946

Dreamt of returning home to my newly furnished efficiency apartment to the sounds of my roommate having sex. There was only one place in the apartment I couldn’t see from the door, so I called out, “In my *bed*? Really?”

“Sorry,” she yelled back, “I didn’t know you were coming home so soon!”

“I don’t care,” I said, “Just wash the sheets when you’re finished. How much time do you need? Fifteen minutes?”

I left without waiting for a response.

Dream #945

Dreamt of walking deeper and deeper into our garden to where the grapes were starting to ripen. I was excited to find a rich purple one as big as my fist. The more I looked, the more unusually large ones I saw. And I knew they would all be delicious.

Dream #944

Dreamt of watching as a fancy sports car pulled up. Inside was a sharp-dressed man with a crisp white shirt, black vest, and perfectly-groomed beard sitting next to a beautiful blonde woman with long legs and a short golden dress. They were laughing and carrying on as the pulled away from the sidewalk. Watching them go, I thought to myself, “I want that.” But I wasn’t referring to the clothes, the car, the woman, or even the beard. I wanted the unadulterated confidence the man exuded.
